1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Nua’s services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old and legally able to use dating services where you live.

5. Community and acceptable-use rules

Nua does not allow nudity, pornography, sexual services, content involving minors, harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, fraud, or non-consensual content.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Nua may review profiles, photos, Secrets, comments, reports, and other activity, and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Dating, discovery, and location

Nua uses approximate areas for discovery and does not intentionally show other users your precise coordinates.

13. Account suspension, termination, and deletion

You may request account deletion through the app or support, and Nua may suspend or terminate accounts that create safety or legal risk.
